NOTE: This is not a seminar, it is a class with a hands-on environment designed to teach church safety officers how to respond to critical events in real time. Zero real weapons or ammo allowed inside the training facility…NO EXCEPTIONS!

TOPICS COVERED:

• Equipment for the job: You must attend equipped as you would be on duty (EXCEPT REAL WEAPONS)
• Empty hand skills (including weapons retention): Basic control and compliance techniques
• Response Strategies: Individual contact assesment as well as team dynamics during a response
• Communication Under Stress: Verbal, visual and radio communications will be stressed throughout all training events
• Reality Based Scenarios: Including multiple various situations ranging from ministry opportunities to active shooter, all based on real events

Note: If you have a training weapon please bring it to class and have it verified by an insturctor before our weapons inspection
