TOPICS COVERED

• Equipment for the job: You should attend equipped as you would be on duty (EXCEPT REAL WEAPONS). Zero real weapons allowed on campus
• Empty hand skills (including weapons retention): Basic control and compliance techniques
• Response strategies: Individual contact assessment as well as team dynamics during a response
• Communication under stress: Verbal, visual and radio communications will be stressed throughout all training events
• Reality Based Scenarios: Including multiple and varied situations ranging from ministry opportunities to deadly threats, all based on real events
