Site Survey Checklist

This checklist is designed to help church safety personnel evaluate the main risk factors present on their campus at the time of the survey. The use of this document will help identify areas of critical need and allow safety personnel to focus corrective action toward those areas. The checklist is (9) pages in length and covers the following areas:
